PREFABRICATED STAIRS
Prefabricated stairs can be made in different sizes and dimensions, which adapt to the requirements of the project. It is possible to design single and double-frame stairs, stairwells and spiral stairs.
The advantages of prefab stairs are quick installation and avoidance of observation on the construction site. An important advantage is also the possibility of more precise production and thus more beautiful finishing layers. Finishing layers can be smooth visible concrete and a sandblasted or sanded structure.
PREFABRICATED BALCONIES AND PARAPETSI
We also supply prefabricated balconies and parapets, which can be adapted to the wishes of the investor. Balconies are supplied with built-in thermal insulation elements to prevent a thermal bridge.
Parapets allow more architectural freedom and more accurate production of finishing layers. Prefabricated elements considerably shorten the construction time.
